This policy applies to the following product types:

• Cartridge World Brand Remanufactured Cartridges
• Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) Cartridges
• Printers

General Return Timeframe

• Unopened products can be returned or exchanged within 30 days for a full refund or store credit.
• Returns after 30 days are subject to a 30% restocking fee and may be refunded as store credit at our discretion.

Conditions for Returns

• Unopened Products: Eligible for return per the above timeframe.
• Opened or Used Products: Not returnable unless the item is defective.
• Defective Products: Will be replaced or refunded as store credit within 1 year of the purchase date.

Proof of Purchase

A valid receipt or invoice is required for all returns, exchanges, or warranty claims.

Exclusions

• Special order products are not eligible for return or exchange.

Restocking Fees

• A 30% restocking fee will apply to returns of unopened products made after 30 days from the purchase date.
